I checked VFS website yesterday and sure enough the passport was ready for pick up since the 20th and till now no sms was received. yalla good luck to everyone and word of advice im sure everyone who has finished this process can tell you....BE VERY PATIENT....IT TAKES TIME BUT IN THE END IT WILL WORK OUT

I was boarn in canada, educated, steady job and i live in canada

Hi guys sorry i dont know if it is the best forum or thread but someday i was like you waiting for my sponsorship which took 14 months unfortunately it was the worst part of my life ...time wasnt passing quickly .. anyway i live now in canada and i am pregnant i applied for a trv for my mom so she can come and help me i applied on the 1st of may and today after 6 days they sent me an email that her passport is ready aat the vfs beirut hamra. do i think they mean she must go to collect her passport ? And why do u think it took only 6 days to process her application while they said it takes 23 days on their website? Do u think it is a bad sign and that she isnt granted a visa ?

Congratulations on your pregnancy
This means that she needs to collect it at the VFS in Concorde Hamra .No worries nshalla she got it ,it's normal the TRV are kind of fast (we r not used to that lol) .I got my TRV within a week too when I applied.
nshalla you will see her soon and you will enjoy all the preparations

Hi all, any new update about spousal sponsership in beirut?? I applied on november 2014, file received in beirut in feb 2015. Ecas shows medical result received.
Any one with similar time outline??

This update when they first received the application. I did the medical test and submitted it with the application
