October 15 I saw the application status change to in progress, no emails or notifications..


I talked to alot of my friend in london, On, most of then brought there spouse here between 4 and 9 months..

Now it says

App rec
Med rec
In progress as if march 31,2015


How long from in progress to decsion made?

My cuz apllied nov 2014, and in oct 20 2015 he got the visa(offically)

Hi all,

I am new to this forum, and want to see the experience of other people waiting for their PR. I have applied for my family sponsorship by my husband on 31st Dec 2014. So far my status reads as "In Process" as follows:

1.We received your application for permanent residence on December 31, 2014.
2.We started processing your application on March 31, 2015.
3.Medical results have been received.

Do you think my Visa is close to being issued? Are the 17 months processing time for Beirut office from receipt of file (Dec) or processing time(march - hope not)? Anyone know how much more at this status the application is expected to take?(based on Beirut office history and other experiences? thxx! Good luck for all!
