The status for security is just blank

but in the note that the officer wrote says lots of things + it says SPR's travel itineraris- phone and message records for Off's review file is ready for findec.

Yalla it seems they are working on ur file thats something positive!! So no interview or anything related?

And a question, on these notes the due date is march 23?

Inshallah Allah yisma3 minik w 3a 2balna kilna. As you probably know I ordered my notes on March 14th and they were extracted out of the system on March 17th. The application Due date now is March 23rd. That is what they exactly did last time, they extract the notes too soon and send them a month later, so annoying.

It looks like they worked on my application on Feb 20 and wrote lots of notes some of which I posted earlier. No interview is mentioned. the last sentence on that note is "file is ready for findec." but criminality not started. It does mention in the notes that medical is passed and valid until May9 and fees are paid.
They have not asked for anything yet bas inshallah khair. Oh yeah and it also says CRIM: review - Criminality: Leb. PC on file, issued(date). The police clearance they have is out of date for sure it is as of January 2013.

Hi Sue,

What does it say when you click on Decision Made. Ecas is not very accurate all the time; I wouldn't worry about it.

It says:
(sponsorship status)
1.We received your application to

May 1, 2013.
2. We sent you a letter on May 14, 2013
about the decision on your
application. Please consider delays in
mail delivery before contacting us.

and on Permanenet residence status therz " Application received " and when i click on it :

1. We received XXXXXXXX's application for permanent
residence on May 1, 2013.
2. Medical results have been received.

Hi sue,

That's normal. There are 2 Parts for the application. The first is the sponsorship approval which you have decision made and which takes max one month to get decision made.

The second part is the permanent residency and is the long process which you have the "application received status"

I think you are in the same boat as everyone else so don't worry about it, just hang in there

you shouldnt worry about the ecas as i ve told it is not accurate , some applicants got their visa stamped and their eccas still shows " in process".


And for the embassy email, You should complete the form they attached and send it as soon as possible because it may affect ur application process. dont feel gharib lol at least they contacted you and they are working on ur application ,, it seems like we are the strangers


by the way , would you mind telling us about your timeline or the important dates of your application because it will be helpful for us when did u applied? when did u get the sponsorship approval? application received? ....

Hi askhimos,

The lady that helped me fill out my papers last year stressed the fact that whatever you did since you were 18 until now has to be listed out with no gaps because that will affect your background checking.

So for example you start at that year you were 18 and list everything you have done being a student, working, going to the army, being unemployed etc... Just make sure there are no gaps.

That's all they want from you and as Sue said that's not strange or anything. That means they are working on your app.

Hi everyone,

I have an update. I got my notes today. They are extracted from the system on March 17th, 2014.

The major update on them is eligibility: passed with some notes - lots of notes mainly:
"File referred to KZ"
"No adverse information. Docs and notes reviewed. Marriage appears genuine. I am satisfied with bonafides and relationship. ... Passed Eligibility"

Due Date on the application was 2014/03/23

I might need to order new notes!!!!

By the way, there is nothing in the notes that talks about extending the medicals validilty like they did with candude and the others???
