Due to UBC's course offering in senior year level, I only have one course for Sep to Dec and one course for Jan to Apr. I will be graduating in May 2016 and apply for PGWP(Post Graduation Work Permit). I worry that CIC once stated one can be part-time in the "last session" of my study, does mean last academic year or last semester?

I will have my final transcript from UBC showing that I was full-time from 2011 to 2015 in majority, will it convince CIC ?

Based on what we've seen on this forum, it is fine to be part time in your last semester. If you are part time your last two semesters then you can expect you pgwp to be refused. You need to take a full course load in your second last semester even if you don't need all of these courses to graduate.

I called UBC today and they said the exact same thing. But after calling CIC on the toll free number, the agent said I can do part-time for the two semesters as long as this is out of my control how the courses are scheduled. It's ultimately up the the officer who processes my application. To reduce the risk of being refused PGWP, i must be full time in Sep to Dec.
