Yes there should not be any blanks. You do not need to prove your parents age and no need to provide their ID cards so you can fill their date of Birth as you know it

Q2. Can i use my brother credit card for payment as he is in UK at the moment.
Yes you can. The Fee Payment Form at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5620E.pdf has the option to give information of payer other than Principal applicant

Q3. What should be sequence in fill up Education and Personal history fileds either most recent eduction or job on top or bottom.
Most recent first and then the older ones

Thanks

hi qazzafi.. to answer ur questions..

1. yes, you must not leave anything blank. if it is not applicable to you, then write N/A or not applicable. I will as you before answering your follow-up question.. why do you need your parent's ID with their Date of birth? in the form, you will write their date of bith with day/month/year

2. hmm.. i think there is a form to be filled up if you are to pay using a credit card. I am not sure if he will be required to sign it (because it's his card).. seniors pls help. I suggest you get/secure a bank draft instead.. it is safer because that is what i used and most people that i know..

3. recent first (on top)

Hi, My spouse and new born baby dont have a passport yet. Can I still make the initial application CIO , NS just with my passport copy and mark as 'Applied For' for my husband and daughter and then later on submit at the VISA OFFICE when asked for?

Can users kindly quote from their experience?

Thanks

To fill up additional family background form IMM5406E you need to provide the date of birth of you parents

My mother doesnt remember the exact date but on id card its written 19xx and no month or day mentioned

So what should be filling up in form will it be ok if i fill 19xx only without day and month or add some imaginary day and month.

Also my father passes away way back what should i suppose to fill in his Marital status and address, N/A? or some thing else

yes you can and you don't have to write "applied for" as that will be a misrepresentation technically. practically you can, as you will receive their passports well before filing your full application to local CHC. all you have to do is to apply for their passport as soon as possible.
