Thank you for the prompt response! Really appreciate it.
As this is my first time, so I have some questions which might be very basic.
You mentioned based on my 'application profile' please elaborate. Also, once I submit my profile on Express entry, I can start looking for jobs in Job Bank and at the same time apply for province nomination? If either of that works, they will update my EE profile and add the points?!
Some provincial nomination programmes will require you to already have an active EE profile, so I think that's what he meant. Also, each provincial nomination programme has its own eligibility requirements and ways of expressing interest (e.g. for one of Ontario's nomination programmes, you only have to have an EE profile with a CRS score of 400 or higher, and have expressed an interest in settling in Ontario on your profile, to get a Notification of Interest, whereas in other provincial nomination programmes, you have to directly apply to them). In other words, you need to research each Provincial Nomination programme to find out if you're 1) interested 2) eligible 3) how to apply. It likely won't 'just happen' because you have an EE profile.
If you find, apply to, and get accepted by a Provincial Nomination Programme, they will send you a Nomination Certificate, at which point you will log into your account and update your EE profile to answer 'Yes' to that question that you have a Provincial Nomination, and your EE Profile and CRS points will update accordingly. No external source is going to update your profile with that information for you.
With regard to the job, Job Bank is fairly useless (this is why it's not a requirement anymore). No one gets a Job from Job Bank and there's no point in wasting your time on it. To be honest, getting a job when you don't yet have PR (and therefore don't have work authorization yet) is next to impossible, especially if you're currently outside of Canada. Even if you somehow manage to secure a job, only a few very specific types of job offers qualify you to get additional CRS points for your Express Entry profile. Read more about what constitutes VALID arranged employment in Canada, for purposes of Express Entry, here:

However, if you somehow manage to get VALID arranged employment for Canada (again, unlikely, so don't spend too much time and effort on this), you would have to again log back into your account, answer 'Yes' to that question asking if you have arranged employment in Canada and provide the subsequent details, and then your EE Profile and CRS points will update accordingly.
