you can go anytime you want,
but you can't work legally ...
we can only work legally once our study starts

You can expect to asked by CBSA at the border how you plan to support yourself without working arriving such a long time before course starts in September

You'll have to contact the school before you leave and see if May enrollment is possible. You'll need to show some documentation that you are registered for the may session.

It is suggested 45 days before to get study permit else u need to show enough funds to show living expenses. And u cant work legallybefore ur classes start.

With reference to the above, I didn't get what you said. Do we have to go 45 days before the session starts ? If we get study permit, can we get do part time job for 1.5 month maybe.

The recommendation being made is not to arrive more than 45 days before classes start given you need to be prepared to explain to CBSA at the border how you would support yourself before classes start. There is really no maximum or minimum time before classes, you could arrive the day before if you want. As for working you can only work when classes start and not before as that would be illegal work.

Are you that CBSA will not ask if we get landed less than 45 days prior to the start of semester?

CBSA do not care really when you land as there is no minimum or maximum time. They are interested if you plan to land too early given the need to finance an early arrival without working. The mention of 45 days was aimed at saying someone should not arrive any earlier than 45 days but that is just a recommendation not any immigration requirement. Even arriving the day before classes start is of no concern to CBSA although not recommended obviously.
