been to canada before on study visa but returned home without completing study during visa

So I went to canada in jan 2016 on a study visa which was valid till sep 2017. I returned back to my home country because of some health problems i was having i went back in march 2017. And then due to some family problems i couldn't go back. The course i had taken earlier was Aircraft Maintenance engineering which was quite a tough course and i was also having problems in that and i re did a semester. I recently try to apply again for study visa in sep 2018 in cbu uni in nova scotia but was refused for reason that not satisfied will return back at the end of stay. even though i thought i might get some other reason as my case is a bit complicated. So are there chances i can grt visa again..should i proceed like any other case. My offer letter is valid till sep 2019 and my thinking of applying again for september. And before in my sop i did mention the reasons i came back i showed my health problems and that my grandma died..i did put a letter from college saying that i attended college for about 1 year even though i didn't graduate or gget any certification. Please let me know if anyone has seen such a case before or know what can be done and can i get visa. Thanks

I also came back and thinking to apply again.

Did u apply for CIAPS Notes?
Y did u get refused?

And for which college u applied again?
