It's been 19 weeks since I applied for my study permit restoration. I called yesterday and they said your file status is still pending!
Any thoughts about what might be going on ? what should I do if any?

It is a restoration application so for sure it is from within Canada. I applied on May 31th.

Went very smooth. A few questions about why I needed extension and a few documents. I received the approval the next day.
