"Became PR On" not filled in?

I visited OHIP to get the health card.. There they pointed out that the "Became PR On" section is not filled in.. Should i wait for my PR card to arrive or should i get this fixed.. getting it fixed takes about 6 months.. not sure if i can get a health card while they are working on correcting the error.. but PR card will come in about 3 months i suppose.. If anyone faced a similar problem.. please share your experience and suggestions

Im not sure if i have an e-copr.. i checked my login.. i received a paper copr from vfs while i was out of canada.. so i have that orginial copy which wasn't stamped.. im unable to find an electronic copy in my portal.

As an outland candidate, you wont have eCoPR. The best I can think of is to visit CBSA office at the airport you landed with all proofs - ticket, boarding pass etc and get the date filled in on the physical copy of CoPR. @scylla - your thoughts ?
