I printed my draft of the IMM 1344 2nd week of March2016 BUT I still got the old form which is the 08-2014 format! How can this happen? When did they change it? What if I will submit the old form?

It didn't change until sometime in the first two weeks of April. I sent my application off on the 31st March and CIC hasn't updated the form. It just says March 2016 for some reason. There was another thread at the time and everyone agreed it should all be fine.
