BDS from Pakistan. ECA through who?

I am a dentist from Pakistan. I completed 4 years degree and 1 year paid house job.

When applying through WES do I need to send my high school (A levels) result as well for an ECA or just my college transcript and degree ? Is WES the best option for me?

Will it be assessed equal to a profession ready/masters degree?
