Hi everyone,
A friend of mine is thinking to apply for the BC PNP, however, here are some of the details:
1. 2-year diploma from a BC college (no 4-year degree)
2. Working full-time in the NOC 1221 category
3. Done with IELTS
The points are really low for Express Entry given the education and the work experience. Currently, the BC PNP cutoffs also seem high given the situation.
What are your suggestions to make this a stronger application?

Does it require work experience before registering?? In bc tech pilot program?
And can you confirm if there is anything different in registering for this bc tech pilot program than normal bcpnp international graduate?
Nothing different, the criteria for points assignment is the same as regular PNP, the cut off is lower because bc has high demand for tech people and they want to fulfill that. so yes past work experience will help you gain those extra points.
Thank you, they didn't contact my employer, the officer was nice she asked me for a few documents but other than that it was a smooth process
