Hi All,
I've done quite a lot of research on this topic, but still couldn't find a clear answer about this occupation to be applied under the BCPNP program. I understand that NOC41300 - Social Workers is mandatory to get licensed.
Is it mandatory to provide a license when applying under the BCPNP - healthcare occupation? The employer has never asked for a license and the applicant has worked in Canada for 4 months now under NOC 42201 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing obtained outside Canada.
If a license is mandatory, do we still get a chance to get licensed with the applicant's education background and work experience without proceeding with further education in social worker?
Thanks a lot for your input!
