*BCPNP International Post Graduate - Non Express PR*

Hey guys!

I am trying to apply for my PR through BC international post graduate - PNP Non Express Entry, but its asking for language proficiency test which is generally not required.
Does any one know if they made this change recently or if youre facing the same problem?
Can we submit an alternative file?

The same Language Proficiency Document issue is coming to me while applying online to PR through BC-PNP Post Graduate Stream. Please let me know if you have found any solution.

Would you please provide more information? How do you know that? cuz the bc pnp program guide clearly mentions that a language test is not required for the International Post-Graduate stream.

My friend submitted an explanation letter instead and got his PR now. So I guess it is not required
