Hi,

In BCPNP profile there is no space and specified to upload the efforts taking for search of local candidate. Employer had put the advertisement in news papers as well as jobs sites e.g. job bank, workbc etc.

Please suggest do we don't need to upload these documents.

Hi,
what do you mean under documents that shows efforts? exact ads in news papers etc?
you are not asking about LMIA, you are asking about usual job offer and BC PNP nomination?
there is a paragraph in job offer form that employer should fulfill:

4.Recruitment Summary:
Describe your recruitment activities (type, location and duration of advertisements, interviews, etc.) that led to the job offer:
Explain why the recruitment effort was unsuccessful in hiring a Canadian worker.

I can't say for sure, but I believe that if its not LMIA it should be enough for employer just to fullfill this information in the form,
correct me guys if I'm wrong

I don't think then that efforts should be proved. in this case if no LMIA the job offer form fulfilled should be enough.

correct me please guys if I'm wrong
Hi Alex,
can you please suggest whether we can apply for PR as well as work visa with post PNP approval. As paper based PR will take time and the then we can move basis work visa to canada. Is it possible?

yes you will be able to apply for bridge work visa.
the only thing I'm now in process of investigating whether you can apply right away after you submit your paper base application for PR to CIC ( after PNP approval) or you need to wait AOR ( acknowledge of receipt).
For applying to bridge work permit you need support letter from province
I forgot what province are you applying? BC? have you received your nomination already?

as on BC they are saying for work permit
Part 4: Work Permit Support After Nomination:
To obtain a work permit support letter, please submit your request to PNPinfo@gov.bc.ca with the subject line: Work Permit Support Letter Request. Your email request should include:  your full name  your date of birth (DD/MMM/YYYY) e.g. 01 JAN 1981  your provincial nominee file number  a scanned copy of your wage statements for the last two pay periods  a scanned copy of your current work permit  evidence that you have submitted your application for permanent residence to IRCC within the six-month period after you have been nominated.

I am not sure what is teh evidence that you submitted application.
Some people saying that this is AOR ( to wait for it takes 2-3 months) others telling their success story that they received support letter without AOR and afterwards went to the border to receive work permit quickly

hope this helps.
you are welcome to ask more questions - I will answer everything I know already
