BCPNP - EE Skilled worker : am I eligible to apply?

Hi.

I had worked outside of Canada as a software engineer last 5+ years before I came to Canada, and now I am working in BC less 1 year as a software engineer - full time worker with IEC visa.
Now I am searching to apply BCPNP(EE Skilled worker) + EE + FSWP.

I am wondering about the second prerequisite of BCPNP - EE Skilled worker

you have a minimum of two years of directly related employment experience in a professional, management, technical, trade, or other skilled occupation

Is the 2-year experience about in BC or not??

Also, does "annual wage" include annual bonus ?

Plus, could you give me advice if you know about BCPNP(EE Skilled worker) + EE + FSWP? i am eligible to apply EE and FSWP so far.
