BCPNP| Can a provincial nominee sponsers their partner to extend their SOWP

Hi there,

My partner will be graduating in June 2024 and applying for a PR through EEBCPNP, but my SOWP will expire in September 2024. We have been looking for ways to extend my SOWP except for the PGWP, which requires my partner to have a job before. My question is if a provincial nominee can sponser their partner to extend their SOWP? If so, what douments should be ready to subimit for my SOWP extension before my SOWP expires?

A follow-up question: If my partner is nominated, but haven't got a job, can he sponser my SOWP to be extended? I was wondering if the principal applicant has to have a job so that they are eligible to sponser their partner to extend or apply for a new SOWP?
