BCOM: equivalency under WES

Hi there
I did BCOM from (punjab, India) and applied for WES
In my WES report its mentioned
Bechedlor degree in canadian equivalency= 4years

is it correct: 3 yeard degree however evaluation came for 4years

is it happened with anyone else too? Is it positive or something wrong?

Sorry did not got you, did you complete your degree in 4 years?

No i studied for 3 years in India
But in report the credit is :4 years

Now this is weird. Try raising a ticket by going into your WES account as this can become a reason. This can be conflicting in the future, for instance you studied from 2010 to 2013 and in 2013 after your graduation you started working and your work experience starts from 2013 to 2015 whereas WES is regarding you still a student in 2013. Did you get it? It would be a problem to explain in the IRCC forms. Try to raise a ticket but do it from your account as WES answer that quickly if done from a reference account.

And i submit the request to wes and got below response!

They replied

“only degress awarded in division/class 1 from an institute with a NAAC Grade A are considered and comparable to a four year degree in united states and in canada by WES”

i think it’s ok, you can even check putting details online to get instant response on WES website. For three years BCOm they give Canadian equivalency of 4 for some universities
