Badly need your help. I recently send my document for an assessment of my ICES (basic) to BCIT. I currently received an email from them that they are unable to assess my documents because of the institution’s poor licensure pass rate with the Professional Regulation Commission of the Philippines. According to the email, my University has not meeting their standards, so BCIT will not be evaluating my nursing credentials and recommending me to check on other IRCC stated below:

Comparative Education Service – University of Toronto

• International Credential Assessment Service of Canada

• World Education Services

• International Qualifications Assessment Service

Which among these do you recommend for me to assess my papers?

There are list of schools which were excluded from so you may have to check if your school or program is included.
 
I would stay away from BCIT. They are too slow. You can't reach them by phone and they do not respond to emails.
