BC pnp

I got a job offer from BC as a store supervisor and I don't have any experience regarding the job. So, the employer suggested that I have to work as a crew member for 9 months and later I will be promoted as supervisor and will help me for filing my pnp. But my situation is I have only one year work permit on hand. My doubt is if I apply for pnp after 9 months will the time be sufficient for my file to get picked. Can I take this opportunity?? Any information is appreciated.

Thank you.

If you're applying for PNP skilled worker you need to have at least 2 full years of previous experience in the same NOC in order to qualify. It sounds like you won't qualify under the PNP. Unless you are an international graduate in BC. Then you can accept a job offer that you should be able to do, without any previous experience.

HI.. Does the employment job offer letter should be supported by the LMIA??, or what kind of other documents are required from the employer other than the regular job offer letter.

Thanks in advance
