For example one year experience 10 bonus points

There's no additional points to be given for the second year British Columbia employment. You'll only get additional 2 points for each one more year of work experience you have gained under the Work Experience Factor (maximum 15 points under this factor). To qualify for BCPNP, work experience must be full-time (30 hour per week) or equivalent part-time.

Hi Mikko, I would like to ask for guidance as well getting a clearer response as I read somewhere in the forum the only 3 months working for BC Employer an employee can start applying BC PNP? Is this true?

What I read from the Program guide is:

you have a valid work permit and/or employment authorization and are currently working full-time (at least an average of 30 hours per week, year-round) for the supporting B.C. employer in the occupation identified in the job offer.
