Hi all ,
I have applied for bc pnp eebc stream skilled worker . I have completed hotel mgmt course and have applied under trade certification program . Now i got a mail from bc pnp program advisor stating that my hotel mgmt course is a non trade diploma course nd not a trade certificate course and she has asked to give explanation on it if not my application will be rejected
Any one has gone through this situation . Kindly reply thanks

Hi All,

Hoping for some advice...

Last month mine and my partners PR was refused do to an issue with my NOC code my partner was the main applicant but this took us below the minimum points needed for our round. We had already applied for the OWP permit as our IEC expired November.

We took the advice of an immigration lawyer who informed us as our OWP was still processing we had implied status until it was refused.

Our OWP was refused yesterday, so we are currently out of status.

In the meantime we applied for the BC PNP and we received our nomination and our letter of support for the work permit this also happened yesterday.

My question is do we still need to apply for restoration of status, we are waiting on my partners employer processing the nomination fee and we are hoping to go to the border tomorrow to flag pool for the work permit but we want to make sure we won't run in to any issues due to our current lack of status.
