Hi everyone,

Anyone had experience with Bc PNP.
I applied for bc pnp SI-IG. Now Program advisor send me an email they have concerns that I’m not working at offered job. I send them all documents to convince them I’m working over there and also my employer send them letter.

My question is that if they refused my bc pnp file, Can I use the same work experience in express entry or it may negative affect on express entry file.

It’s been two months, bc pnp didn’t reply me back, I send them email Can I withdraw my application and program advisor said, I can’t withdraw my application, because seriousness of concern they proceeding to final decision but it’s been 1 month since I got email but no final decision.

Anyone can help me,
I’m really confused, if they put misrepresentation what I can do?
It will affect on my future express entry profile?

If they make an official finding of misrepresentation then you'll be banned from Canada for 5 years

It’s BC PNP, according to bc pnp rule, they only refuse to accept any future application for upto 2 years.

It’s not federal application.

Hello Sunny, have you re-applied after you got refused back then? When did you re-apply? and what's your status in Canada now? Thank you.
Did you receive a rejection letter saying you misrepresent or just a letter saying you just refused?
