Hi, I ahve applied for the PNP in BC along with my employer.
I am still waiting on an outcome, and as my current work visa expired, I can not work. The LMO is still under review also.
If the LMO is refused, which there is always a case, would I be able to return to the Uk whilst I ams still waiting on the PNP?
I know that I can not leave at the moment as i will lose my status, so i was hoping to return whilst I wait for the outcome of the PNP. This could be a further 5 weeks waiting here in Canada, unable to work.
In the meantime, my grandfather is very ill and this could be my last chance to see him.
I have gf who can forward a pnp certificate if it went through anyways, and on return i could just get a temp visa and just book a return ticket, i am hoping to return to the uk within the next 6 months anyway.
