Hello
I am asking if I can simultaneously work in BC on a current work permit for employer A but have an application in for the BC PNP with employer B? So essentially I want to keep working for the 12 - 14 week application period with my current employer.

Somewhere in North America
Category........
Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
You can't do it , PNP is employer driven program so you have to be with your company until you get residency. Furthermore tthey will check your pay stubs and T4 as well. Hope it helps

I am not sure if Knada is corret or not but my understanding is if your work permit is locked to employer A you cannot work for B on the same work permit. if emoyer B has agreed to nominate you, you can switch your work permit once you get accepeted.

Knada - Any thoughts ?

Cheers

As long as your not applying semi skilled then what you have suggest is fine. If your permit is closed to your current employer then once nominated you will need to be issued a new work permit for the new employer. You can do this on the basis of your nomination
