BC PNP while on ICT Work Permit

Hello,

I just moved to Canada from the US through an ICT Work Permit and it's been a month since. I have completed my EE profile. I have a few questions before applying for the BC PNP -

1. Can I use the job offer letter from my current position in Canada (the same used for the ICT Work Permit application) to apply for the BC PNP? or Should I get a different offer letter?
2. Since this was an Intra-Company Transfer, what does my employer need to provide in terms of documents?

I don't quite follow the recruitment efforts part, I keep reading about this in various posts and decided to write my own post to get some info directly.

1. I read the employer declaration form, is the recruitment efforts part of this, or is that completely different?
2. Are there any parts of the employer declaration form that will be waived because iam in Canada already on an ICT Work Permit?
