2-3 months is normal timeline given by BC PNP official website. It depends on how your case build up. If your NOC comes under BC tech pilot than it much faster than normal BC PNP.

Please i would like to know if I am eligible?
I am in B.C on a student spousal visa and have been working here for the past 6 months. In total, I have 10 years exp in Finance and currently also working in Finance. am I eligible to apply for PNP from inside? I have checked my BC PNP points and it is coming 96 under-skilled worker immigration. I am not sure whether I checking myself correctly or not?

Process will be followed by these things ........ Submitted--> ITA received--> Accepted--> Applied-->In process---> Decision Finalized.
I have submitted my application on 20/Oct/2021, with NOC 2174 under BC pnp Tech (Outbound), not update since than...
I have my application in "In process" status since starting of the November, What do you think when should I expect the nomination? Just need an opinion. (NOC 2174 under BC pnp Tech (Outbound))
Same timeline as me.
But yours is BC PNP, which is supposedly much quicker. I would have to wait longer
