BC PNP Tech Pilot - ITA

Hello,
I had applied for BC PNP Tech Pilot program under category "Skills Immigration – Skilled Worker" and i have got an invitation to apply.
I had applied it for NOC 2175 and I am currently located and working in BC, Canada. I have 1 year Canadian working experience and 5 years working experience outside Canada.
I do not have education credential assessment and IELTS score yet. Can i apply without these two things for my above invitation?

No, I had selected NO for both ECA and IELTS score while registration. I didn't claimed any points also for them

Your Attachments page will tell you what documents you must upload, but if you claimed no points for either ECA or language scores then you won't need to upload anything to the slots that say 'if applicable'

Hello All, Is there any update on this? I also applied for FSW category in BC PNP Tech Pilot, because I dont have language test result. Can I change to EE BC PNP after I get nomination certificate?

You can't switch your nomination to a different BC program.

so does that mean I have to re-apply in EE BC and pay fees again if I have to choose EE?
Also it seems the paper based application also needs language test results, how much time will it take in paper based application? What is your suggestion, as I am not getting IELTS test dates sooner and the PNP tech pilot is ending in June 2021 and I have already paid the fees.
