For me yes, I think they process it all at the same time probably? Like people applied in Jan, Feb... are getting application updates in April?

I have no idea. some people on thread said 2-3days but its been a week i guess because of the holidays? Hopefully i'll get an email soon i'll update on this thread if i do.

Yep, I think the people in this post are under tech pilot category tho, even in the tech pilot, I've seen some post that takes more than four months.

Hey bud what did you put in question 4 of job offer form ? Recruitment efforts ? Did your employer shown add online?

Basically to cover all the points that the question asked, I can't post the details as the hiring process and decesion making are kind of confidential. The key is the recruiting has to be at least two weeks.

Current Status: In Progress

Got into the pool after two weeks from tech pliot draw.
Submited application and paied $700 on 01-Apr-2020
Score: 104
Class: Skills Immigration Application / International Graduate (normal, not EE)
NOC: 2173
After paied the fee, I noticed the status turned into in progress.
Phone interview on 16-Apr-2020
Profile update requested via Email. Last name and first name need to be started with upper case, 17-Apr-2020.

It is not an unknown call, number starts with 604. The interview went about 5 minutes, he didn't ask any questions related to my work. I am worried about I got rejecte because the interview is seem to be too short. He asked my work address and I don't remember, it took a minute for my to find the address. Also I forgot my start date.
