Do we need experience letter with duties and responsibilities from all previous employers? My current employer will give me the letter with roles and responsibilities but not sure about previous ones. Although, i have service letters from them which contains my designation, start date and end date in itEmployer told me.

When the status changes from Applied to In process, what does it mean? I have seen people getting nominations the day after it changes to "in process" and for some it's months. Does anybody know how the process works for BC PNP?

Applied means your application is just sitting in pile to review by Program officer . In progress means your file is picked up by case review officer and if everything is in order it’s sent to program officer to make final decision.When the status changes from Applied to In process, what does it mean?
