Dear all

Hope you are well.

I’m going to bc for 2 year on a working holiday work permit. Will try to get a job there. Would be grateful if you could answer the below:
  1. If I get offered a job I can straight away apply for bc pnp nomination?
  2. I don’t necessarily need to get my educational documents verified via WES? I have checked and there are points for WES checking on the bc pnp but you don’t need those.
  3. Would anyone know how long it can take for the nomination to be granted.
  4. As the nomination means 600 express entry points I again don’t need to get the WES assessment done as I’ll have enough points anyway.
Just to I understand the process is
  1. Get a job
  2. Get a sirs application and apply for pnp
  3. Bc gives you pnp (or not sure if they give you ita first?)
  4. With the pnp you can create an express entry profile and get ita
  5. With that ita I can get apply for PR?

Would appreciate your help.

Cheers

  1. If I get offered a job I can straight away apply for bc pnp nomination? u have to do ur ielts and create a EE profile if u want to apply for EEBC
  2. I don’t necessarily need to get my educational documents verified via WES? I have checked and there are points for WES checking on the bc pnp but you don’t need those.yes u have to get ur wes done
  3. Would anyone know how long it can take for the nomination to be granted. after EEprofile u get ur job code with that job code u can ceaate an pnp profile. if u r selected u get ur nomination within 3 months and next u have to update ur EE profile.
  4. As the nomination means 600 express entry points I again don’t need to get the WES assessment done as I’ll have enough points anyway.i would suggest to get wes, bu its not compulsory tough.

Hey guys. Just to explain my purpose and situation.

My mba is pending so don’t want to get the wes done and hence don’t want to get my education counted. That would mean no entry to EE.

i do have Ielts.

Now the plan is to take a different route. Which I believe does exist. bcpnp skilled immigration. This needs job offer based on my experience and qualifications (no WES verification necessary).

The route is skilled immigration SI. The SI can get me pnp based on which I can get into EE.

just wanted to double check my plan doesn’t have any flaws or I’m not imagining things.

It’s a path less taken.
