Hi,
My sister who is outside of Canda has received an offer from a BC Employer. She is going to start applying for BC PNP Skilled Immigration- Skilled worker ( non Express entry).
2 questions:
1) Will she be able to add her spouse to her PR application as well? this is a non express entry stream.
2) When she applies for closed work permit, can her spouse apply for an open work permit at the same time as her. or does he have to wait until his wife sho is the principal applicant first gets the work permit approved and then he applies for work permit?
