BC PNP Refusal

Hi there, sad to say that my application for PNP has been refused. I just wondering if the application that I've submitted to extend my work permit will be refuse as well. Thank you in advance.

Yes your work visa extension will be refused unless you sent a new LMO with it. If you were hoping to extend the visa via your nomination, then sorry to say no way.

Thank you for the reply. They are referring to my Income for the job. Anyway, can my employer still get me a new work permit and an LMO to re-contract me? Much appreciated any input you can give. Thanks again.

Anyone knows how long will it takes to get a new LMO? Is it possible for my employer to get me a new one? :-\ Thanks again...

If your employer is not paying enough for the PNP then you are not earning enough to get the LMO either.

You need a wage raise.
