BC PNP online application technical issue- Family members

Hi,
I am in process of filling BC PNP for international postgraduate application. The online application portal has an automated section to count family numbers under FAMILY INFORMATION section . This is not updating the spouse information. Example, it should count 3 family members including myself, child and spouse but it is updating only 2 when I enter the information for child. I have sent email to PNPInfo@gov.bc.ca but have not received any reply. . If I submit application in current format, wrong information will be submitted. How to reach out to BCPNP as there is no helpline either? Any leads are much appreciated.

Guys I forgot my GCKey password and secret questions now what should I do. Please help me out in this regard.

Yesterday i have received email from CIC in regard to check my account as changes made in my account. what does it mean.

hi anchal, what did BC PNP reply in regard to your spouse? Im in the exact same position..........i dont have children, only a spouse but I can only put "1" and not "2" in my application..

They informed that it is a technical issue on their part, so I should not worry and submit my application. But still I would recommend you to email them about the issue as well, so that you have a proof that you reached out to them.
My application has been processed without issue.

No idea how to recover password, if forgot security questions. When they say changes have been made, it can be anything, any update from submitted to processing or a message in your inbox or approval of something

I am currently on my Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) and employed in an NOC A-type job. I am eligible for the British Columbia PNP International Post-Graduate stream. My wife lives with me on a spousal open work permit. If I apply for permanent residency (PR) through the BC PNP International Post-Graduate stream, will my wife also be eligible to obtain PR with me?
