BC PNP nominated--can I apply work permit at the border? Please help!!!

Hello! I hope someone can clear my confusion.

I got nominated by BC and already have work permit support letter with me. Can I just go to the border to get my work permit if I have all the required documents? I am on multiple entry Visitor Visa. I had been asking around and got conflicting answers. i even emailed Canadian Border but they did not reply.

Please help me.

If you are applying for BOWP on the basis of your PPR application, the answer is NO !!

But if BC PNP has given to some sort of letter, then I am uncertain. But I can suggest you something. Google operational bulletin CIC, go in 2013 and 2012 ...try to see any operational bulletin there.. you will find information.
