I got my BC nomination acceptance.

Timelines:
Submitted PNP Application: 28-Oct-2009
File Number received: 08-Jan-2010
Employer Called to provide Further Documents: 17-Jan-2010 (to provide company's profile again)
Employer Responded: 18-Jan-2010
Further Q's by PNP Officer (employer's email): 19-Jan-2010 (# of employees directly associated with the company)
Employer responded: 19-Jan-2010

BC PNP Acceptance letter received: 29-Jan-2010 (stating acceptance date: 19-Jan-2010)

Just wanted to give you guys a quick update.

Medicals were requested on Feb 8 and had them done on the 17th.
Then on Feb 23 I received notice my file was transferred to Seattle.

I applied for a regular work permit before and had that for 2 years. Then I applied for PNP, got nominated, applied for PR and a couple months later had to renew my original work permit.

Thanks for the info.I applied for nomination ,which was successful in Nov, currently my apllications are pending process for work permit and PR ,am not sure if they do issue work permit first ,then PR ,and how long can this take for a work permit to be ready?,i guess i will have to do medicals coz am in medical field.Well if you have some info i will be glad to hear it.

Thanks bc dreams but am not sure i understand what you mean, am not in canada yet ,but i guess its a standard procedure for an employer to submit their bussiness licences and support docs for proof prior to decisions on nominations.Am not an expert on this ,i guess Daan can be in a position to offer a better answer to this.
