Good day!
Me and my common-law partner (Open Work Permit) are looking to submit our BC PNP docs. Our employer has already provided us the documentations needed. However, upon checking, the company is an extra-provincial one registered in B.C. so we submitted the certificate of incorporation, amalgmation, and registration as needed.
However, her employer is only able to provide the municipal business license which is registered in Alberta. Will this cause any significant issues and possible declining of our nomination? Should the business license be registered in B.C.?
Thanks.
