I applied on the same day. On Mar.9th, my agent told me my case was started and be prepared to get phone call... however, it's almost been a month, I got nothing yet... I would say their processing speed is much slowerrrrr than we image...

I apply AINP at Sep 2014, Get nothing right now, you are fine. ;D

I just received my BC PNP (paper based application ) . Now my agent is asking me to pay for federal fees so that he can apply for me ( landing fee + PR application fee).

My question is should i not apply for Federal (nominee applicant paper based PR) , since it takes so much time (more than a year), and just wait for CRS points to drop (currently i have 467 points) so that i can apply express entry which is way much quicker and save money .

Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks

Congrats on getting your PNP nomination! If I was you I would go ahead with the federal application, if you continue to wait and EE points do not go down, your nomination could expire and you would be back to having nothing! You can apply for a temporary work permit by getting a work permit support letter from the BCPNP - this will allow you to continue to work while you await processing of your PR. The cost overall is not much more than the EE application. Or you could also do both, and then if you happen to get an ITA, and your EE PR is processed before your PNP PR application, then you could withdraw it and request a refund.

I submited on Feb 9 and received FN on Mar 8, still got nothing....
I changed job during the waiting period and updated the new employer's info as the PNP request.
dont know what gonna happen

Does anybody know chaning employer will make a big deal on the BC PNP process?
I emailed the PNP office, they just say to update the information of the new employer.
I am so worried about this. Does anyone who changed jobs and still got appoved?

I applied 16 January 2015 for skilled (A) BC PNP regular
Received AOR 12 February 2015
File number SO - 15- 02**


March 15 2016 me and employer received email from BC PNP about:
Employee provide:
1) About status in Canada
2) Valid visa

where in my case I am implied and applied for extension while ago.
I send to BC PNP proof of payment to CIC, CIC AOR about visa extension.

Employer asked to provide job description and business license.
Employer provided:
1) Job description
2) Business report 2015/2016
3) Alarm permit from Vancouver city hall for business
4) Copy of T4 form for 2015
5) Support letter for my immigration.

Now we both waiting.
Do someone have an idea?

I sent additional documents to requested by BC PNP 6th of March and I didn`t receive any final decission yet. It takes quite a bit time.. and patience. I really hope that you won`t have to wait too long
