Hi Friends,

Iam preparing my application for the exp BC PNP, could you guys help with out some info.
1. There is a column asking about the funds the applicant have in cad dollars, do you have any idea how much it should be or what ever in our hand is fine? ( I have only $5000 in my bank account, Iam working in an PG work permit and my job pays roughly $40000/year), I am only qualified for the CEC category, do i have to show $11000 as POF if I get an ITA?

Is there anybody who can help me!!

I have one year experience in noc 1243(B category) from Alberta . I am planning to move to BC, because I don't rely on AINP, they are taking way much longer time than expectations. I hope I will be able to get same job in BC too. :-\

Any advise if it will be worth it taking this step.

Please do reply , I will appreciate your advice.

Just got my BC PNP Nomination Express Entry!

My Timeline:

Feb 19th 2015: Dropped application into BC PNP office
March 15th: Received AOR
April 16th: Emailed at 8 weeks: No Response
April 23rd: Went to office at 9 weeks: No update- took email.
April 27th 9am: Emailed again and then advised some one was reviewing my application
April 27th 3pm: Received notification on CIC Account -PNP Nominiation- Accepted Nom.
April 27th: Received email from PNP Program Advisor- Emailed back saying I have accepted.
April 27th: Received one more email saying I will recived the nomination docs within 3 weeks (including work permit support letter)


Total time: 9 weeks and 4 days (2 business days)

Now just to wait for the next draw!!

Is it normal pnp or ee ... If normal then my number is 13** so before 15** hopefully i will get something... Mine is normal pnp ...

No where it says anything about the fund requirement for BC PNP EE .. so i would sugest to go by what u really have in your account .. also u hav a job .. so it shud b fine i guess . ALL THE BEST !!!

Anyone received PNP recently

My time line - BC PNP EE
Dropped application on May 25th
Received AOR and CC cahrged receipt e-mail on May 31st
Now waiting for an update

I also need some advise . My PGWP expiring on July 11th . Should i apply for WP extn ( my company will be applying for LMIA soon) or should i apply for visitor visa??

The processing time for ee bcpnp is now 3-4 months so I guess you'll wait a lil bit more..

If I am you, I would apply for both(but not sure is it too late, it has to be i think month before expiration of current wp), wp and visitor status, because processing time for visitor status is 100 days and for new wp is similar about 3 months, and during that time you'll be on implied status, so you can work, I guess you'll receive pnp by then. So do you really need lmia? Because if the job you're working is not in demand it will be declined, basically the thing is unemployment rate is more then 5% in bc and they are only approving lmia if it's in demand such as truck drivers and caregivers

Hello guys anyone got any kind of news? R they still on july/august 14 files where they were before 3 months pause.. I don't understand what they r actually doing just sitting and extending waiting times... I can clearly see that they r giving more priority to ee ... I know that ee is fast but what about normal pnp guys we r also waiting and we r not junk our time is as precious as ee candidates... We r running out of time... We also pay taxes and we already paid same processing fee... I don't know why this to normal pnp applicants ....I think if they want to process ee fast they should make ee rules more harder

Hi , i am an BC PNP EE applicant . Myself and many others are still waiting . H more than 1 n half months i havint heard from any ee applicatant tht anybody was nominated . But in anothr thread 2 days ago i read, a july 2014 applicant was nominated and today anothr person has posted sayin he visited pnp office and they said thy are still processing 2014 july file and hv hired many more officers for the fast processing of files

Now othr than beliving these info we get ,there is no way we know the reality .. lets wait and watch

Na received ko na po pnp approval kaso nag aantay po ako ng police clearance galing Dubai expired na po ng katapusan ng July work permit ko pero nag apply na ako ng bagong work permit waiting pa rin po sa result kaso ma expire na rin pnp ko by September wala pa rin po police clearance ko galing Dubai ano po Gagawin ko worried na po ako please please anyone help
