Send them an email or phone them.

I would just ask the same to them. Tell them your full name and some information first to try to prove your identity and then ask to confirm your file number.

They usually reply to the emails in 24h or less.

to those who have had a response to their package they've submitted, do they email you with the answers to the PNP files? I know they send your pack in the mail but i just wondered if they email you to give you the decision too?

Chris i believe they only send a result of your nomination by mail. They do contact you by email if they need further information though prior to this.

we certainly need a little hope that everything is going to speed up : this is my situation

Decision made - still waiting

Do they generally send an email once the decision has been made before sending the Approval letter?
I informed them that I changed address, last thing I need is that they send the letter to the old address...

Hi, I think we need to wait at least 3 more weeks (being really really optimistic). They are now sending letters to ppl who applied around April 10th. with FN around 19xx. I'm 23xx and so do you (I think). Check the April thread to get updated info!
