BC PNP July 2014

Hello everyone i am asking this question on the behalf of my friend....
he is working as an assistant manager and he was telling me that may b his boss will sell the store next year... He already applied bc pnp in February 2015.... My question is that what will happen to his bc pnp file if his boss sell the business.... Or suppose he got nomination and applied for PR and then his boss sell the business what will happen to his file in both cases... What he need to do then or he can do something before so that what he can do in advance to avoid any trouble??? Please and Thanks.....

Hope this helps someone. read on

1. Application sent June 21 2015 under express entry BCPNP
2. work permits expire on July 27th 2015
3. Approached local MLA and MP on June 22 2015 and they asked us to apply for extension to keep our status
4. application for work permit sent on july 9th 2015
5. Express entry (federal) ITA received on July 17 2015
6. call received from BCPNP on July 19 2015 informing that since they can't see our profile in the EE (federal) pool
our application will now be considered under regular BCPNP
(FYI : once you receive an ITA with federal EE your profile is not in the pool anymore)
7. nomination received on aug 8 2015 with the work permit extension support letter given only for myself but not the spouse.
8. found out that MLA's office helped push the application.
9. EE federal status : background check in progress, medical passed and no additional documents needed (aug 8 2015)

question : how do I get Vegreville to accept the PNP nomination for work permit extension?
 
Hi, guys,

Anyone knows whether processing time for all streams of skills immigration are same. I know someone applied July 2014 and got approved Dec 2014. However, some people waited over a year.
I wonder stream would make a difference in processing time.
If so, which stream is faster ? Skilled worker or international students or international master graduate.

HI THIS IS H SINGH,I APPLIED BC PNP ON 7 AUGUST 2014,I WAS WAITING FOR SO LONG TIME AND FINALLY MY CONSULTANT GOT AN EMAIL TODAY ON 25/08/2015 ASKING FOR MORE INFO ABOUT MY STATUS AND FROM MY EMPLOYER,BY THE WAY I APPLIED IN CATAGORY B AS COOK,THIS IS MY FIRST TIME EVER I LOGGED IN JUST TO LET YOU KNOW GUYS THEY R WORKING NOW ON AUGUST FILES,I HOPE THAT CAN HELP YOU EITHER WAY,PRAY FOR ME AND I M PRAYING FOR EVERYBODY,WAHEGURU HELP EVERYONE WHO APPLIED AND APPLYING FOR IMMIGRATION,AND PLZ VISIT THERE OFFICE AND ASK YOUR EMPLOYER AND LAWYER TO CALL AND EMAIL THEM,I THINK THAT MAKES A BIG DIFFRENCE

We heard back last week we got an email asking using for more information. Our ref is 49** and our AOR was 20th of August.
