July 11, and I am under category B. I don't know why it takes so long...

Seems they weren't getting around to the people who applied last year as they had to prioritize the express entry applications but now that that's on hold for 90 days here's hoping we hear back very soon!

Actually Express entry is not on hold "only" the standard applications. From the BC PNP announcement

Effective immediately, the B.C. government is implementing a 90-day pause on new applications to most categories of the BC Provincial Nominee Program (PNP). The BC PNP will begin accepting new applications in July 2015 with an improved application process and updated program criteria.

Those who applied to the BC PNP on or before March 31, 2015 will not be impacted. Program staff will continue to process BC PNP applications already in the system and bring on additional staff to improve processing times. Please be advised that processing does not guarantee approval.
During this administrative pause, BC PNP will continue to accept applications under the Express Entry British Columbia stream and the Northeast Pilot Project, as well as those submitted by Health Match BC and public health authorities. Applications will not be accepted under the Business Immigration stream at this time.

He just received a mail last April 13
His fN is 60** ,
My fn is 55** and im still waiting..
