I got a nomination few days ago through my agent.
I applied for it on July 25, 2014.
And finally my nomination was issued on May 1st. and sent it to us May 7th...
My fn number is 44XX.
in the middle of april I was asked for more documents...and I submitted them a week later.
They sent the nomination mail to my agent and I haven't got any other mail.
I was working with work permit...
Am I supposed to get any of package or mails soon?

did you apply JUNE? NOT july? your fn looks like to apply on July.

I was working with work permit and applied for pnp last year...

I heard they tend to give a nomination who have a valid work permit...





is there anybody who still have a valid work permit and applied bc regular pnp stream on July or August..?

I'm staying here as visiter visa..

yes... I am still working with a valid work permit.
 
They give priority to those who have WP and present in Canada.

And how do you know that for sure. What's the evidence?
 
Are u a lawyer? Anyways u just go back to the back pages and go through the quotes and u will realise this that what I have written is correct. I am not standing in a witness box my dear friend to give the evidence. I am also one of you who is suffering on this ground , waiting for my turn though it looks like a never ending wait.

No I'm not a lawyer. I'm a systems (not IT but electronics) engineer and take most (not only on this forum) what I read with a pinch of salt not saying people are lying. I'm outside Canada and waiting. I'm not going to go through all the 44 pages and I've been told by BC PNP (through third party) that they do not have preferences.
You are correct regarding the postings here, but what percentage is this for all the thousands of BC PNP applicants per year?
Anyway guess I hopefully will hear something this year.

Hi Guys,
I hope someone will be able to advice me on my issue. I am working on my PGWP and i got a job in my field of study so i am just waiting to get one year experience so i will apply EE BCPNP. My question is i applied to a permanent full time job but when my compnay came to know that i am on PGWP then they offered me a full time contract job although there is a end date to my contract but my manager and HR manager said they will extend my contract and i will work for the company as long as i have valid work permit and i will be offered permanent job if i get PR

So my question is i know i have to have full time permanent position to apply for BC PNP but what if i applied to BC PNP and add the cover letter written by Human Resource Manager saying that my job was permanent and full but just because of work permit i got contract job due to companies personal policies but the company will offer me permanent job if i got PR by company's HR Manager. Do anybody think it will work because my job was suppose to be permanent it is just because of my work permit that i am working on contract.

Any advice will help. Thanks Guys

I think bc pnp should be very well aware of these situations . what they need is a permanent job offer which u have..and it is obvious that the company can't offer you job on records beyond the validity of your work permit. Pnp office might ask you for a fresh WP along with extended period of offer if your case is not decided bfore the expiry. Usually they give priority to such applications where the WP is about to be expired. Hope your question has been answered. :) :)
