Hello guys,
I have a simple question, I am applying for B.C PNP under EEBC - International Graduate. On the application form it says:
Are you currently working for the B.C. employer supporting your job offer? Yes/No
(Yes)
If yes:
Are you currently working in the job being offered? (I do not quite understand this question). Can someone clarify it for me?
I am on PGWP, I saw how the employer job offer form looks like so, the first question I "assume" just need my employer declaration and signature (NOT POSITIVE LMIA/LMIA NUMBER). Correct me if I am wrong.
BC PNP itself doesn't require applicants to have positive LMIA
