I email them again，and they said:Your application has been received and currently is under review.

Can somebody tell me how can I get the real status about my application from the pnp office?

It’s four months for me. Did you got any additional documents requested?

I might be wrong, but I don't think you can get a specific update as to which part of the application they are checking.
