To qualify BC PNP express entry, in addition to meet requirements of BC PNP, you need one year work experience in NOC 0, A, B jobs. Once nominated and submitted complete application to IRCC, you will get permanent resident in 6 months.
If you choose regular BC PNP(non-EE), you just need to meet requirement of BC PNP(no prior work experience required). Once BC PNP nominates you and you submit applications to IRCC, the processing time is 15 months.
