    Yes, I have read those requirements. At the same time, I don't think it is really as simple as saying that not meeting these exact requirements mean zero chance at all. If that were the case, why would there be immigration lawyers? Lawyers are good at presenting the case in a way that is acceptable.

    For the BC PNP Int'l Graduate Stream, having a profile score of 105 or above guarantees an Invitation to Apply (ITA). If I have a current score of 79, how competitive is that?
