BC PNP International Post-Graduate requirements

Hi,
I need clarity to the requirements of this stream (BC PNP International Post-Graduate)

You must demonstrate that you have the intention to live work and economically establish in BC (will a job offer suffice, proof of funds or any other proof?)
Will this stream require language proficiency?
Will this stream require medicals?

Since i already reside in BC .
