I request all members to throw light on what does "12 months of full-time equivalent study" means ? My program was for one academic year (2 Semesters, 8 months). Does it implies to 12 months of full-time equivalent study ?

no, it doesn't. your study should be of 12 months or more and not more than quarter of that should be internship or co-op
